My research primarily lies in the area of software engineering and formal methods. I am interested in ensuring the reliability and security of parallel software via static and dynamic program analyses, model checking, and PL solutions. I am also interested in employing HPC towards the creation of scalable verification technology. My recent investigations have been focussed in securing electronic voting protocols, ensuring privacy and purpose limitation in critical public-facing software systems. Interestingly, security and privacy of people-centric technologies also come with a plethora of tech-policy issues. I am interested in exploring avenues relating to personal data protection, mechanised access control mechanisms and their policy implications.
